An author of five cookbooks, Darra Goldstein will present her lecture on cookbooks as art objects at 7 pm in Tyrrell Hall.

Goldstein, the Willcox B. and Harriet M. Adsit Professor of Russian at Williams College and founding editor of Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture, is a world-renowned food scholar.
