Oct. 23, 2015: Washington D.C. – National Museum of American History

For the Smithsonian’s first Food History Weekend, Darra will be part of a daylong roundtable looking at different aspects of food and innovation. The panel, with culinary historian Jessica B. Harris, AllRecipes.com’s Judith Dern, and chef Mariano Ramos, considers innovation on the plate. This panel starts around 3 p.m. (until 4 p.m.), and Darra will be signing books afterwards at 5 p.m.
